Imani Collective is a global social profit organization with a vision to see individuals and families rise above poverty and become empowered change agents. Together, we provide opportunities that equip women to unleash their greatness through empowerment + community.

Our programs serve the whole person. They recognize and celebrate the inherent, God-given potential in everyone, no matter what their circumstances. The amazing Imani artisans and employees are a daily inspiration as they overcome the odds that are stacked against them to rise above poverty.

Empowered and equipped, they bravely and boldly lead their families to do the same, resulting in long-term generational and community impact.

Through access to income and education, our artisans + employees are improving their families’ standard of living and investing in the health, wellbeing, and education of their children. Before Imani existed, only 2 of our current Kenyan team had steady employment. Over the past 4 years, we have been able to create dependable jobs for more than 57 people.

At Imani Collective, we believe women and youth hold the key to long-term social change.
